The owner’s promise
“When you call Northwest Containment, you won’t be passed through a national call center. You’ll speak directly with me or one of our partners—the same people who quote the work, know the site, install the fence, and stand behind the service.
Whether it’s a few panels for one day, a full perimeter for several months, or a layout change that needs attention now, our promise is the same: show up prepared, communicate clearly, and take care of the job. We intend to grow, but we never intend to outgrow that level of accountability.”
Preferred Contractor Program
For contractors and property managers with recurring work, we offer pipeline planning, one dependable contact, priority scheduling, consolidated billing discussions, and reserved-capacity options.
Explore contractor agreements ↗After we assess the location and containment plan, you receive a written quote showing the rental, delivery, installation, scheduled removal, gates, and selected options. If the site conditions or requested scope changes, we explain and obtain approval for any price adjustment before performing the additional work.
What we provide
Portable chain-link panels, access gates, and secure perimeters for active jobsites.
Flexible layouts for festivals, private events, staging areas, and controlled entry.
Windscreen, pedestrian gates, vehicle gates, and weighted stabilization options.
Competitive pricing
Every site is different, so we quote the complete job instead of posting a one-size-fits-all rate. Pricing reflects footage, rental period, access, delivery, installation, and selected options.
Fair, project-specific pricing designed to compete with larger rental companies.
When the complete scope, terms, and site conditions are equivalent and the job meets our operating requirements, we’ll work to match a current written quote—then compete through direct communication, responsive service, flexibility, and local accountability.
The agreed delivery, installation, removal, gates, reinforcement, rental term, and options are itemized. Changed conditions or added work are quoted before proceeding.
Quote-match terms: provide a current written quote from an insured temporary-fence provider serving our Seattle service area. Fence type and height, footage, rental period, delivery area, installation, removal, gates, screening, reinforcement, taxes, and site conditions must be comparable. Matching is reviewed case by case, must meet our minimum operating requirements, is subject to equipment and schedule availability, and applies before service is approved. Expired, promotional, bundled, clearance, below-cost, or obviously mistaken quotes are excluded.
Assessment to installation
Send the address, approximate footage, dates, and intended use. We’ll arrange a site walkthrough when needed.
An installer assesses access, surfaces, obstacles, wind exposure, and reinforcement needs. Together we identify pedestrian or vehicle gates and optional privacy screen.
Once we have complete project information, we target a written, itemized quote within one business day. Complex sites may require additional review. The quote defines the rental period or monthly rate and approved costs.
After approval, we confirm the earliest practical installation appointment based on inventory, crew capacity, travel, weather, site access, and site readiness. Same- or next-business-day service may be available but is not guaranteed.
Repair and approved layout-change requests are prioritized according to safety, urgency, access, location, and current scheduling. We then coordinate removal when the project or event is complete.
